There are a number of things that you should know before you go for fine Dining Restaurant. You have to behave like a well sophisticated person and need to be careful about every move you make, every spoon or napkin that you handle, every piece you take in your mouth. It is not very difficult to behave like a gentleman. Once you are through, it will become a habit.

When you are in formals, in front of everybody, you have to behave like a civilized person. If you do not know how to behave in a public place, you will be called as uncivilized. How to handle the spoon and the knife?
Spoon, knife, and forks are the basic tools of dining. They play a significant role in Fine Dining. Always hold your spoon in your right hand and the fork in your left hand. While having your food, always place the fork and the knife back on your plate. After you are done with your meal, place the fork and the knife face down and crossed over on the plate.

How to have soup?
Do not make movements while having your soup. The bowl should always remain at the same place. Dip the spoon into the soup bowl and scoop the soup moving towards the opposite end of the bowl. Do not enter the whole spoon in your mouth. Always place your lips at the edge of the spoon and drink slow. Do not make any noise while having the soup. 

How to eat properly?
Do not start eating as you get the food in your plate. Fine dining always starts after everybody gets served with their food. Do not bite larger, take small bites and chew slowly. Do not open your mouth while chewing. Do not make funny noises while eating and never let any sound come out of your mouth while eating. If you think there is something like stone or bones that you are unable to chew in your food use your forefinger and thumb to remove those tit bits.

How to behave while drinking?
Whenever a toast is raised, you should always raise your glass to join that toast. Do not drink too much while fine dining. Take a sip very slowly and behave like a gentleman. Do not ask for more; let the waiter fill your glass.
